We're a small, hand operated, charcoal-fired coffee roaster located on a bay of Birch Lake, in North West Saskatchewan. To our knowledge, we are the only roasters in Canada to roast our coffee this old-school, traditional way. All our coffee is fair trade and organic. We also have hand-made soap and lip-balm made with oils from our coffee along with a range of teas and chai using locally sourced ingredients including Saskatoon berries, blueberries and rosehips.
