Salgado Fenwick is made up of two ladies. We are happy to bring you quality garments, that are hand silkscreened with limited edition hand drawn art work. Each season we set out to create an entirely new collection of 4-5 prints. Our imagery features animals, mythical creatures and nature.  We use American Apparel t-shirts as well producing our own long sleeves, sweaters & pillows designed by Salgado Fenwick and sewn in our shop.
We have styles for both men and women. We have recently expanded to included canvas pillows in our collections.

Rebecca King is a Canadian fashion designer, who began working in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in 2005. Her REBECCA KING label focuses on tailored women’s coats and casual wear. Her garments can be found in boutiques and tradeshows across Western Canada. In an industry dominated by overseas production, Rebecca strives to maintain a strong local presence in Canadian fashion. Rebecca King was named a Mercedes-Benz Startup Top 20 Emerging Canadian Designer in 2012 and 2013.

Lexi Soukoreff started Daub + Design in 2010 as a way to explore colour, pattern, functionality and various surface design techniques. Her experience in the fashion industry and knowledge of tradi- tional textile practices has helped shape Daub + Design’s style as it evolves to include design solutions that are respectful of the environment, and reflect the Vancouver-based textile design studio’s signature aesthetic. The hand-dyed fashions are created to be as one-of-a-kind as the brand’s West Coast clientele; one who’s as sophisticated as she is carefree, individual as she is feminine. The clothes and accessories with their seamless blend of laid-back and luxe are designed and hand-dyed because life should be full of colour, pattern, and effortless chic.

Springtime Handmade Market Vendor Profile: Dear Pony

In 2007, Tracy Fillion began a self-guided study in silk-screening and sewing. After developing her pattern drafting and technical skills at Kootenay School of the Arts, she launched her Dear Pony clothing line in 2008.

My work is inspired by the subtleties found in nature, salvaged objects and contemporary themes, I love to experiment with textural contrasts in surface design, natural dyeing, quilting and screen-printing. My intent is to create work that is highly functional, refreshing and thoughtful.











I currently maintain a full-time studio practice at home in Nelson, BC. Dear Pony can be found online (dearpony.com) and in galleries and boutiques across North America.
