9 Mile Legacy Brewing is a story of collaboration, growth, good neighbors, and great beer.
We are a small-scale microbrewery specializing in well-made, varietal craft beer. We have a pioneering passion and love of craft beer that spans the generations, and a deep-rooted history in Saskatchewan. The advantage of being a small-scale brewery allows us to make personalized batches and recipes that are different and push boundaries of what “beer” can be.

Hi there! my name is Amy Roper and I am a fibre artist living in Lloydminster AB. When I am not busy chasing my two littles around, I can be found crafting.
I make quality fibre goods featuring handwoven textiles, handspun yarns and repurposed materials. Currently, my passion is in weaving and I spend hours at my 4-shaft artisat loom playing with hundreds of threads. A single warp on the loom contains 840 threads that must each be tied on individually before I begin to throw a shuttle! Then after the fabric is made, I lovingly sew cowls and purses out of it.

I am the owner/designer/maker of all the items I sell. I operate full time out of my home studio in Indian Head Sask. This has truly become my passion as I love coming up with new looks for our ever-changing Saskatchewan seasons! I knit & crochet a variety of modern, seasonal outerwear (ponchos, capes, vests) and accessories (hats, headbands, cowls) using classic, earth tones and natural fibres.

Joyweave began as an attempt to create the perfect pillow for my living room. With a loom made from an old picture frame, hockey tape and finishing nails, I immediately began experimenting with different techniques, textures, stitches, yarns, and colours. I was (and still am!) overwhelmed and excited by the endless possibilities and beauty that can be created by something so simple. I finally shared my weaving addiction with the world and have had a wonderful gracious response, pushing me to continue creating.
Each tapestry is joyfully made with designs and materials inspired by the beautiful prairies that surround me.

Maria Arseniuk is a fibre artist based in Calgary, AB. She began embroidery as a child, but branched out into embroidery full time in 2015 after finishing her second masters and finding herself jobless.
Subject matter is centred around themes of feminism, pop culture and wildlife - she especially likes to juxtapose the obscene (f-bombs, for example) with the delicate (delicate floral detailing).
When not embroidering you can find her traveling, photographing or writing social and political commentary for various online and in-print publications.

Oldhat is a one-man hat making company based in Winnipeg. All hats are sewn by me, Nathan, and I use only recycled or secondhand fabric. I carefully select the fabrics using anything from tablecloths to lightly used clothing. To stiffen the peak I use the plastic from ice cream pails, which I salvage from local shops. The end products are quality hats that are aesthetically pleasing and environmentally conscious, while remaining perfectly functional. Oldhat: Handmade for Fine Folks.
Cate Kuzik is a local, community-taught artist with a passionate connection to traditional handmade printmaking techniques during this increasingly digital age. Never accused of using to many neutrals, her work reflects her enthusiasm for boisterous color combinations and often employs hand-drawn, carved typography with a bold graphic aesthetic. Cate’s creative energy and down-to-earth, highly approachable nature is immediately evident in her fun, colorful letterpress and other artistic creations released under her personal label, Ochre Lea.
