Apply to teach a Flock & Gather Workshop
Flock & Gather is looking for people to share their passion for handmade by teaching workshops to other members of the craft community.
As a workshop instructor, you have the opportunity to share your making with others, which creates a better appreciation of the skill required and a greater understanding of prices for handmade items.
Flock & Gather will provide the venue, students, atmosphere (including snacks and beverages), administrative services (workshop registration and payments), as well as free publicity for the maker.
You as the instructor will supply the knowledge, instructional materials, and/or supplies required for the workshop.

Make a Mini Quilt {Workshop}
Flock & Gather is pleased to present a beginner quilting workshop, Make a Mini Quilt, taught by our very own Natasha Just of just sewing.

Photo 101 - The ABCs of Photography {Workshop}
The workshop that Maki Fotos put on in her studio was so amazing and inspiring! There were people from all different experience levels and interests - from hobbyists to amateur photographers - and we all learned a ton! I think its safe to say that we'll be taking our DSLRs off of auto from now on. We can't wait to see what else she'll teach us in the rest of her workshops... word on the street is that she'll be putting part 2 of this 3 part series pretty soon - so stay tuned!
In the mean time, check out these pics from the workshop! The treats that Little Bird Patisserie & Cafe provided were absolutely amazing, as per usual. And 3 lucky winners walked away with some handmade goods from Boolah Baguette and Meat Chops Leather Shop.
Maki - you did a fantastic job and we are so proud to be partners with you in these workshops! This group of students left feeling inspired and excited to put what they learned in to practice and to get to know their cameras more! Thank you for all of the work you put in to this!
