Vendor Profile: Three Leaf Apparel

Three Leaf Apparel is a one-woman outdoor apparel and accessory business dedicated to making fashionable and luxury pieces to help us all get through our cooler seasons. Each product is created using Amy's own patterns and her dedication to using high quality yarn. Cowls, toques, headbands, and booties make up the majority of Three Leaf's product line but once in awhile there are wrist-warmers, coffee cozies and wall hangings thrown into the mix - because, why not? Staying cozy doesn't just mean keeping our toes, heads, and necks warm!

This has truly become my passion as I love coming up with new looks for our ever-changing Saskatchewan seasons! I knit & crochet a variety of modern, seasonal outerwear (ponchos, capes, vests) and accessories (hats, headbands, cowls) using classic, earth tones and natural fibres.

Local. Hand-crafted. Style.

Vendor Profile: Three Leaf Apparel

I've been crocheting for almost half my life now but Three Leaf Apparel was officially created in 2011 after the birth of my first child.  She was tiny and she needed some hats and booties that fit her well enough to keep her warm.  (I still have a cut out for the sole of a bootie template that I used for her - it was smaller that a newborn size so I wrote "Hannah size" on it.)  Since then, the business has changed and evolved and now here I am, three kids later, and still loving what I do.  While I mostly crochet, I do have some knit pieces and some that I've sewn.  Always loving a challenge, I generally don't use a pattern to make my items - while it might take a little longer to figure out, it also gives me a great sense of accomplishment to see a picture of something and then allow it to inspire me to create my own.  In an attempt to be able to recreate some of the same items, have several notebooks strewn throughout my house with notes on what I did so that I can remember the pattern and hopefully make a few more!

vendor profile: Three Leaf Apparel

I create and design my own apparel, accessories, and home goods using a variety of handmade techniques and high quality fibres.
Situated in a city where it is cold 50% of the year, I like to create options that keep my clients warm while feeling fashionable at the same time.  I also aim to use products that are natural and made from animal fibres when possible because they seem to be create the best quality and most luxurious options.
Recently, I've introduced home goods to my repertoire to give me an artistic output in the summer months while we enjoy the sun and abandoning the need to layer up.

vendor profile: Worsted Rose

Worsted Rose is a home based business run by Tara Bobbi. Her Crochet critters are made without the use of any patterns, which makes each creation unique. She began her adventure into the world of crochet by making toques and scarves for loved ones. Then one day a toque started looking more like a squid body and from there on she has been creating critters for all to love.
